Most people turn to habits, routines, and challenges to improve their lives, but they often lack the consistency to stick to them.
By adopting an experimenter mindset, we reduce the pressure to force ourselves through the process and instead focus on finding what works best for us.
The key is to begin with small experiments, adjusting their duration and intensity to integrate them into our lives without much resistance.
Below is a growing list of experiments I’ve curated from the internet that I believe are worth trying.

As a final reminder, remember to adjust the experiments.
Do not be fixated on the outcome, but observe the what and why. Use the data as an insight to decide whether to tweak the experiment or at least understand why it didn’t work at the end.
